Our wedding packages are non-prescriptive but do provide a general basis for what each service can offer you. We understand that each wedding has individual and unique requirements and ideas, therefore, we will fit what suits you best. Our prices are a guide and will be dependent upon the complexity of your wedding.
At Kington Events we understand the level of work involved in planning a wedding. This is therefore, why many of our couples opt to hire our professional services and wedding planners to assist with the big day!
For those couples that already have logistics and pre planning in place we can offer our marquee wedding day coordination. The wedding day coordination includes our services 6 weeks prior to your special day. At this point, we will be on hand to manage the supplier logistics, assist with completion any outstanding tasks, managing the setup to ensure your special day is styled how you had envisioned as well as being there on the day to ensure your day runs smoothly, leaving you to relax and enjoy your day.

The Full Wedding Package
Our Full wedding planning is a comprehensive service that encompasses every aspect of organising a wedding, from start to finish. This service is ideal for couples who want professional guidance and support throughout the entire wedding planning process.
Included within our package:
Initial consultation: we will meet with you to understand your vision for your wedding day and discuss your preferences for venues.
Venue selection: We will assist in finding the perfect venue based on your preferences and budget.
Budget management: We will help you create a budget for your wedding and will manage the expenses throughout the planning process.
Supplier management: We will work with you to select and manage suppliers such as the caterer, florist, rental company, and entertainment providers.
Design and decor: We will assist in creating a design for your wedding, including selecting décor elements such as lighting, furniture, and linens.
Guest management: We will help you manage your guest list, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistical details related to guests.
Timeline and scheduling: We will create a detailed timeline of events for the wedding day, ensuring that all suppliers and activities are properly scheduled and coordinated.
On-the-day coordination: We will be present on the day of the wedding to oversee all aspects of the event, from supplier set-up to ceremony and reception coordination.
This package includes a lead planner and 1/2 assistants on the wedding day
Investment: 10% of your overall budget (minimum fees apply). A personalised proposal will be issued following a free consultation.
Wedding Management
This option helps you pull your ideas together, you may have already sourced and booked your venue and some suppliers. So we will pick up the reins from here and continue with any organisation and liaison you may have already started, giving you more time to focus on other aspects of your wedding.

Wedding Day Coordination
You have coordinated and planned everything so far, and now you want to enjoy your day and need an experienced host to ensure the smooth running of your wedding day. We will be at the venue with you on the day to enable you to be a guest at your own wedding and enjoy the fruits of your labour without any worry.
Initial consultation preferably six weeks prior to your Wedding

One visit to your venue to discuss styling and timing requirements
Liaising with all suppliers and venue staff on your behalf in the final two weeks
Creation of an on the day schedule for yourself, your suppliers and venue staff
Wedding day styling, with use of props, glassware and crockery
