Kington's marquee wedding planning packages, allows you to make the very most of the blank canvas. Our team will work with you to help style and design whilst also managing the logistics of furniture, power, catering, flooring and more. During the planning process we will create moodboards and designs for all elements of the marquee or tipi - whether this is the main dining area or reception area, we will cover it all.
For those couples that already have logistics and pre planning in place we can offer our marquee wedding day coordination. The wedding day coordination includes our services 6 weeks before your wedding day. From 6 weeks prior to your special day, we will be on hand to manage the supplier logistics, assist with the completion of any outstanding tasks, manage the setup to ensure your special day is styled how you had envisioned as well be there on the day to ensure your day runs smoothly, leaving you to relax and enjoy your special day.

The Full Marquee Wedding Package
Our Full marquee wedding planning is a comprehensive service that includes every aspect of organising a marquee wedding, from start to finish. This service is ideal for couples who want professional guidance and support throughout the entire wedding planning process.
Included within our package:
Initial consultation: we will meet with you to understand your vision for your wedding day and discuss your preferences for the marquee venue.
Venue selection: We will assist in finding the perfect marquee venue based on your preferences and budget.
Budget management: We will help you create a budget for your wedding and will manage the expenses throughout the planning process.
Supplier management: We will work with you to select and manage suppliers such as the caterer, florist, rental company, and entertainment providers.
Design and decor: We will assist in creating a design for your wedding, including selecting décor elements such as lighting, furniture, and linens.
Guest management: We will help you manage your guest list, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistical details related to guests.
Timeline and scheduling: We will create a detailed timeline of events for the wedding day, ensuring that all suppliers and activities are properly scheduled and coordinated.
On-the-day coordination: We will be present on the day of the wedding to oversee all aspects of the event, from supplier set-up to ceremony and reception coordination.
This package includes a lead planner and 1/2 assistants on the wedding day
Investment: 10% of your overall budget (minimum fees apply). A personalised proposal will be issued following a free consultation.
Marquee Wedding Day Coordination
Marquee wedding day coordination is one of our services that we offer to assist you in organising and executing your wedding day specifically when the wedding reception will be held in a marquee or similar structure. We will be at the venue with you on the day to enable you to be a guest at your own wedding and enjoy the fruits of your labour without any worry!
A marquee wedding is often a more complex event to coordinate due to the nature of the venue, which typically requires additional logistical considerations such as lighting, heating, and space planning.
Our package include:
Pre-wedding planning: we will meet you to discuss your vision for the day, and to create a detailed timeline of events.
Vendor management: we will manage all the vendors involved in the wedding, including the caterer, florist, and rental company.
Site visits: we will conduct site visits to the marquee venue to assess the space and identify any potential challenges that may arise on the day of the wedding.
Set-up and logistics: we will oversee the set-up of the marquee, ensuring that everything is in place and that all the logistics are taken care of, such as power and lighting.
On-the-day coordination: On the day of the wedding, we will manage all the details, from ensuring that the bridal party arrives on time, to coordinating the timing of the ceremony and reception, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
